  • Information

    Please be aware that all products are handmade. These may differ slightly from the photographs.

    Colours photograph differently so the products may vary slightly.

    We recommend that you rinse your items with fresh water after they have been exposed to salt water.

    You can hand wash your items with warm fresh water and a gentle soap

    Each product that we make is reviewed by us before we send it to make sure that it leaves in the best condition. we cannot accept any responsibility for the items once they leave our care.

    We would ask that you assess the product when you receive it and periodically to ensure it is fit for purpose.

    We cannot accept any responsibility for any breakages caused by your dog or any accident, injury or loss once these products are used.

    Please be aware that we ae not liable for any customs charges incurred when you purchase our products. Please familiarise yourself with your own customs requirements.

  • Important

    Collars that are made to measure will be made to the size provided by you. As they are custom items, we cannot accept returns of items that are not sized correctly.

    Please contact us if you need help in measuring your animal.

    Please note that some of the coloured hardware are only comprised of a coating. This means that the colour will erode in places in time. This is part of normal wear and tear.
